Purolator shipping problems when i ordered a dell xps laptop on november 23rd, i was expecting it to be delivered in 2 weeks time (which i think is reasonable) The order status has also now finally crossed out the original promised delivery date (january 26th, tomorrow) and now simply says arriving soon. The shipping label was created on the very next day and it was picked up by purolator 4 days later.

I don't know which information is correct and who to follow up with There is no tracking information yet but it's supposedly through purolator so it could be coming from within canada where i live Purolator did not leave any message or note about where to pickup my package.

Today at 1pm the laptop arrived at the local purolator facility, so it took 7 days from the shipping label created to the purolator tracking information updated that it had arrived at the local sorting facility. Got a tracking number in early september but nothing was sent for a week
Called dell and they said it will ship in a few days.
The order was labeled as shipped on dell's tracking and shipment label created on purolator tracking on december 31st The estimated ship date is january 10th, 2022 (today) and the order is still stuck in shipment label created. My delivery date has changed from 12/5/2022 to 16/5/2022 I will not be available to receive until 19/5/2022
What will happen to the package I cannot find anywhere to change the delivery date. When i received another order, it had a shipping label reference on the purolator website immediately after shipping The website right now shows that there is no information associated with this tracking number
It's also been 4 days, which on the order details screen it said would be the upper limit for the carrier to link info.
