Hi i'm a newer grower

I've made a lot of mistakes, but i've also learned a lot I have grown outside (northeast) but failed too many times because my crop was destroyed by mold (humidity, rain, temperature stress) I have an ac infinity 3x3 tent and have successfully grown autos (moby dick. I was sent a package of gelato which was delivered in a vacuseal bag, all compressed to 1/4” thick board its a nice smoke but takes so much time to get it to a state where it can be used in a j any ideas how to rescue this?
