The computer i'm using has an amd graphics chip, and there's an amd software app that, by default, allocates multiple keyboard shortcuts at the system level, including alt+z. Additionally, these commands work perfectly fine on my other laptop, which is also a macbook pro with apple silicon, and i use vscode settings sync, so i'm not sure what the difference is! Basically you have disabled all the two separate keypress actions, i.e I personally do not use shortcuts since most of the work i do it in the editor or terminal, so i only use the toggle terminal and the ctrl + p command utility of vscode
