Hello, my name is vicki [edited & i would like to know why is my channel 1115/newsmax has been disconnected I have had this channel since 2019 & now you want me to subscribe to this channel

& it's not fair! i pay $274.36 a mth., which is too much when i don't watch every channel. Newsmax is now a subscription service? I tried to tune into newsmax this morning and a box came up that said that i now needed a subscription I have been able to watch this channel since 2020 for free.

Newsmax is included on our x1 platform in most all areas

Do you have an x1 cable box What do you see when you tune to channel 1115 Is there a message on the screen You can also use your voice remote and say 'newsmax' to find it on your x1 box

Please remember newsmax is only available if you have x1. All other channels seem to work fine Newsmax video is fine but no audio! Did the trouble shoot thing all other stations have audio

All of a sudden i get the message you don't have access to this channel
