You can run the counter pad and send the file csv and sort by bin or you can look at bin reassignment. The accounting office will need to create journal entries to increase or decrease the parts inventory value as appropriate.
I think that keeping all handwrites to a bare minimum will reduce human error, which is the whole point in an inventory audit. Here is the easiest way to deal with dirty cores in dealertrack it appears you already know once a core is credited on a repair order or counter ticket it goes to your dirty core list And that dollar amount is still figured into your inventory value

You have to write a ro to order the part, correct
