Solved, unfortunately bluetooth headphones don't support using high quality audio and a high quality microphone at. I found a while ago that when i tried to access my bluetooth settings, the devices usually showing on top were gone, as was the option to turn it off or on When i went to devices section and attempted to connect to an already paired device, it would immediately say it didn't work and to make sure the device is discoverable.
