CC806 Charter Steel Team recognizes local Saukville driver Nicholas Enright for being an awesome team player and awesome attitude! Nicholas has been with the company since October 2017 and has consistently shown a great attitude, even when asked to perform tasks / runs outside of his normal routine. Most recently, Nicholas stepped into the local Saukville Spotter position to assist while he was out of work. The Spotter role requires a change in pace than what the typical driver faces on a day to day. There is more interaction with the customer, as the Spotter is responsible for pre-loading loads for the drivers. It also requires an understanding of each load, to ensure the load is properly loaded and lots of communication. Nicholas volunteered to fill that role while our normal Spotter was out of work and he did a great job, ensuring everything continued to run smooth and with a great attitude! We are thankful to have Nicholas on our team! Keep up the great job Nicholas!
