Cardinal would like to recognize Jose Charriez Clark for “Mentor of the Month” at cost center 611 Metrie. Jose started here back in 2012 as a driver for Metrie. Since then he has become proficient in all the accounts we have in the N.W. He’s accomplished and taken on many roles such as Driver, Smith System Trainer, CSA trainer, Train the trainer and currently Driver Supervisor. Whenever he’s not in the office he’s out in the trenches, either helping strap up the next load or inspecting equipment as it comes back from a daily run. We can hear him on the phone daily with not only our drivers but drivers from other accounts whom have come to know him as giving good directions, helping driver problem solving with routing, or customers, Dayforce , Birdsnest and the best place to buy sardines. (his favorite over the road food)
