James Edwards joined Cardinal team back in October of 2010 when he relocated from Alabama and we have enjoyed every day he has been with us on the Home Depot account.

James always has an easy going, roll with the flow, attitude.  It seems there are no obstacles preventing him from maintaining a positive mind-set despite the bumps and kinks we experience on a daily basis.  Instead of getting frustrated and making difficult situations stressful for everyone, he stays calm and will often find humor in some of his more difficult deliveries.  Instead of complaining, he simply calls the office, lets us know he may be delayed a little, and continues to give great customer service with a smile.  He has handled deliveries to hard to reach homes, areas affected by hurricanes, and to customers who seem to be a little less than reasonable at times.  He is always able to make the customers happy no matter what the situation, all while maintaining the professionalism both Home Depot and Cardinal strive to maintain.   He has always been willing to deliver to areas outside of his region with little or no notice as needed and will help anyone with just about anything at the drop of a hat.  James’s dedication over the last 7 ½ years has been stellar and we look forward to many years of the same.

James is our Super Driver of the month because he is a person we know will always be there with a smile waiting to help the next person regardless of who they may be. He is an absolute pleasure to work with and we look forward to each day with him.
