At our last Safety Meeting, we were able to snap pictures of our last 2 Drivers of the Month. Billy Sims for March and Derek Patterson for April.
Both drivers had to meet certain requirements such as Handheld compliance at 95%, Missed no days of work for the month in question, met MPG numbers, had no or minor events with DriveCam and goes above and beyond when needed for the Company. Doing all of those things makes them better drivers and Cardinal a safe place to work.
